Open the View/Edit Schedule menu by pressing the front panel green Enter button so that you read Main Menu on the top line of the display. Press any gray cursor button until the flashing lower line reads View/Edit Schedule then press the Enter button again.

When you open this menu, the next quarter-hour time-slot will be displayed as the day of the week, hour, quarter-hour and search field.

Review the weekly automatic schedule

Press the left and right gray cursor buttons to move between these indicators, where the active field is blinking. While one of the indicators is blinking, the cursor up button will move back in time and the cursor down button will move forward in time.

When SRCH (search) is blinking, pressing the cursor down button will find the next slot that has a selection programmed (on the lower line).

To the right of the SRCH indicator is the selected time-slot's programmable volume level, L1 to L8. To the far right of the upper line is the selected time-slot's time strike setting, Off, Chm or Stk. Time striking and levels can be reviewed using this menu, but programming them is much easier using the Time strike/auto level setup menu (reviewing the settings is not available in the setup menu).

Enter the edit mode

When you have arrived at a time slot you want to change, press the Enter button to move the blinking cursor from the top search mode to the display's bottom selection programming area. Generally you will only program music and liturgical bell ringing using this menu.

Remove an event selection

A four digit number will be blinking. If you wish to remove a previously scheduled selection (non zero), simply key in four zeros. Any remaining selections to the right of the removed selection will shift left.

Add or modify an event selection

If the selection is zero already or you want to change it, simply key over the old selection with the new code. Refer to the listings of functional macro codes for random music selections or the music and bell ringing catalog (PDF) for specific selection codes available.

If you wish to begin ringing some time after the quarter-hour displayed, you can enter a pause for up to eight minutes. Press the cursor up button twice until Pau_ is displayed, then enter a number from 1 to 8. Follow the pause with the ringing event selection code.
