Open the menu

Open the Miscellaneous Options setup menu by pressing the front panel green Enter button so that you read Main Menu on the top line of the display. Press any gray cursor button until the flashing lower line reads System Setup Menu then press the Enter button again.

The top line should now say System Setup Menu and you may press any gray cursor button until the lower line is blinking Misc Options. One more press of the Enter button will get us there.

The screen will display the following menu:

 Misc Options
 Bell Cost Secs:120

Navigation

This menu has few options and so it is easy to navigate. After setting each parameter, press the green Enter button to go to the next option. When you have gotten to the end of the options, the system will exit the menu.

Use the up and down cursor buttons to set the options.

Options and parameters

Daylight Time

This option will appear on non-musical bell controls. Musical bell controls set this option in the Seasonal Options setup menu.

Press the cursor up button to enable Daylight Time adjustments and the cursor down button to disable. Press the Enter button to go to the next option.

Coasting timeout

The tolling hammers are locked for bells that are swinging, but after the motors are turned off, the hammers should be locked until the bells come to a full stop. In the absence of motion feedback, this parameter should be set to the number of seconds the largest bell takes to stop after its motor is turned off. The default value is 120 seconds.

Press the cursor up button to increase the delay and the cursor down button to decrease the delay. If your installation does not have swinging bell motors, set the value to zero by pressing the 0 button.

Press the Enter button to go to the next option.

Tolling tempo

The time between tolls (using 6000 selection codes) is set as Seconds per toll. The default is ten seconds.

Press the cursor up button to increase the delay between tolls and the cursor down button to decrease the delay. Press the Enter button to exit the menu.
